For nil wind, the second 10km was very quick work - you don't want to go down in the middle of that section! The A470 climb took me all the way back to base and then it was a glide to just south of Heol Senni where the kites showed me the next elevator.

Unlike my previous trip across, where I'd landed in the Fan Gihyrich landing field that's out of shot at the bottom, pretty much directly under me, I arrived here with slightly more height ;-) (Some will also remember my landing in the middle of the road by the lay-by, left of shot ;-) )

Crai Reservoir looked very pretty from base - but this was the last time I'd see the sun. Eagle-eyed viewers may notice the place at which my airmap is folded, but hopefully not!!
