Coaching

​​As a qualified club pilot it is time to take your continuing development in your own hands.  Do ask the club coaches for guidance, though be conscious that they may have their own flights in their mind at the time. Please be aware coaching is not instruction, if you need to learn a new skill set then you may require the support of a BHPA qualified instructor.

The club has many active coaches across our flying area, who are ready to help new club pilots develop their skills, and sign off tasks needed for their pilot rating. Coaches are only permitted to coach current BHPA members, so please be ready to show your membership card.

Our popular sites of Westbury/Bratton, Mere and Selsley usually have one or more coaches on site on any flyable day, so if you want any support please ask around or agree a session in advance on the Low Air Time Telegram group.
