XC Progression

The club takes an active part in the British Club Challenge and regularly appears in the top half of the results table. The BCC is a friendly, recreational competition for BHPA Clubs and their pilots. The focus is firmly on safety, enjoyment and mentored team flying, to aid pilot development, rather than higher level, out-and-out racing. Many pilots begin their XC flying career flying in the BCC and it's a great way to improve your flying.
