These last two wouldn't ordinarily make the cut as far as scanning for the web is concerned but they show the conditions in which I flew the last 20km of the flight. I've literally just left the high ground a couple of minutes / a km before taking this and am steering to the right to maximise my chances of making / getting something off the ridge that runs in from the right hand side of the shot. Barely visible just above the middle of the shot, in the centre, is Llandeilo but I first need to get out of this valley and into the one to over the ridge, with a couple of specks of sun in it, in which runs the A40 - my only chance of getting home before midnight! It doesn't look too hopeful, does it?!?!
